TOC-Lean-Six Sigma

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that Lean Implementation should be focused, applying the right tools at the right place to achieve the desired results.
As a student of Eli Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints I have learned to answer three key questions:
1 – What to change,
2 – What to change to, and
3 – How to cause the change
I strongly believe in team intuition, team consensus, and giving the team full credit for improvements.
I fully understand the need to customize implementations translating the improvement theory to reality.
I measure success as it relates to bottom line metrics.
I believe synergy is achieved by combining the tools of TOC, Lean, and analysis (6 sigma, simulation, problem solving…).
